Quentin Turnbull was the man responsible for the destruction of the town of Calvert, Oklahoma during the 19th century. A time aberration would make him a ruler of his own Turnbull Country (what would have been the entire west of the United States to the Rocky Mountains) by 1876. However, this was prevented by the Legends.

Biography

In 1868, Jonah Hex and Rip Hunter began to hunt down Quentin. However, Rip had to leave on the orders of the Time Masters right when Jonah needed him the most. Because of the actions of Rip and Jonah, the people of Calvert were inspired to resist against Turnbull. Irritated by all of this, Turnbull managed to imprison the inhabitants of the entire city, including Jonah, in a church and set it on fire.
