At some point, Raya acquired a meta-tech fob that gave her the ability to manipulate cars.

Joslyn Jackam was sent to jail after pleading guilty in court, on her way to jail, she was freed by Raya. Raya asked her for help breaking into A.R.G.U.S., but Joss refused. Joss turned herself into the police later. Raya came back and broke her out, after a change of heart, Joss agreed to help Raya. They broke into A.R.G.U.S. using Joss's staff and stole a car made by Wayne Tech. Raya's efforts were stopped by XS and Joslyn's betrayal.
