Reagan then betrayed Kate by stealing the journal and fled before the morning. She then met up with her sister Margot in a square and handed the journal over, but not before stating that she was abandoning their partnership and walking off, enraged at Margot for having costed her Kate's trust.[1]

Sometime after this, Reagan was approached in a parking lot by a British blonde who put a knife at her throat and threatened her for the location of the journal. However, the girl told her aggressor that she didn't know anything. The following night, the door of the motel room in which Reagan was hiding was kicked open by an enraged Kate demanding the book. Reagan tried to be apologetic about her betrayal, but Kate was not in the mood to listen so she explained that she stole the item for her sister Margot - whom Kate knew as Magpie - since she needed it to buy her freedom from Arkham, thus fully disclosing her family origin and previous job to her former girlfriend, stating she was honest regarding her feelings towards her, and that she didn't know for whom Magpie worked due to never asking her about it. She also explained that she already explained everything to "Kate's British blonde friend", to which Kate reacted shocked since she didn't know about it.[6]

Personality

Reagan is a very outspoken girl, extremely direct while flirting and honest regarding her feelings.[1] She is also quite inquisitive and has the tendencies to study the people to whom she is speaking, always managing to "read" them and understand the truth behind their actions. Also, much like her sister she greatly despises the disparity between rich and poor, once stating that those like Tommy Elliot just helps fund the laws that are separating Gotham.[3] She is very sweet, kind, patient and supportive, as demostrated when she amicably broke up with Kate Kane after the latter admitted that she was not in the right place for an honest relationship.[2]
