Reagan Gimlin is a resident of Central City and the husband of the late Judy Gimlin.

In late 2012, Judy was found murdered in their home, having been stabbed to death. The Central City Police Department investigated the case and Reagan was their prime suspect. After Detective Ralph Dibny apparently discovered his fingerprints on the murder weapon, Reagan was arrested for the crime.
