The Rebreather is a device that Bruce Wayne and Kate Kane uses as Batman and Batwoman respectively; to breath underwater without the need for an oxygen tank.

History
On some of Bruce Wayne's missions as Batman, he used this device to breathe underwater without needing an oxygen tank.
After Bruce stopped being Batman and left Gotham, the rebreather was kept in Batcave along with other gadgets.
In late 2018, Kate Kane (as Batwoman) used the rebreather to save Alice from drowning.[1]
