Reggie Harris is a convict at Blackgate Penitentiary with a grudge against Jacob Kane.
Biography
At some point in his life Reggie started to operate as a criminal in Gotham, eventually being arrested, likely by the Crows and sentenced to Blackgate Penitentiary.
In 2020, after Jacob Kane was sentenced there too for the alleged murder of his wife Catherine Hamilton-Kane, Reggie placed a knife into his meal and tried to provoke him to start a fight, however the former commander didn't fall for the trick and leave. Later, Raggie tried once more to harass Kane during his daily phonecall with his daughter ordering him to move, which he did dropping the phone in defiance.[1]
