The "Rifle" is a dangerous hitman who was hired by Alice to kill those capable of reproducing a weapon that could kill Batwoman before using it on her.
Biography
Original multiverse
Early life
At some point, the Rifle became known for leaving death and destruction behind.
In late 2019, he went on missions to Jakarta and Metropolis before being hired by Alice in Gotham.[1]
Dealing with Batwoman
The Rifle came to Gotham under orders from Safiyah Sohail, to retrieve a weapon capable of penetrating the batsuit from Alice. He was also ordered by Alice to murder one of the scientists responsible for its creation, Derek Holcomb, before she hands the weapon to him from her possession. After he failed, Alice had Mouse finish the job; soon after Alice demanded what Safiyah promised to give her. He explained that his boss wouldn't hand over anything until they knew the gun worked, causing Beth to swiftly shoot it into a wall and walk away. - Master marksman: A notorious assassin, Rifle is known for killing his targets with precision shots. He is able to shoot with great accuracy with a variety of firearms.
- Stealth: Rifle is able to sneak around unnoticed.
