Biography[]
At some point, the Ringmaster became an enemy of the Flash, becoming known for using rings.
This person was known to Iris West-Allen, thus also to Mirror Iris. When Barry needed a way to defeat Millie Rawlins without using the Speed Force, Mirror Iris used Ringmaster as an example of a person who was limited because of dependency on a gadget or a power.[1]

- In the DC comics, Ringmaster was an author hypnotized by Golden Glider into becoming a supervillain as revenge against the Flash, relying on various ring-shaped gadgets for his crimes. His first appearance in the comics was The Flash #261 (May, 1978).
