The Rogue Squad[1] is a group of reformed/semi-reformed criminals assembled by Barry Allen to aid him in taking down the Rogues.
History[]
Needing a team of thieves to help him steal a part for the Cosmic Treadmill, Barry Allen decided to recruit the most moral of his Rogues along with Mark Blaine; to keep Red Death from messing with the timeline. Jaco Birch was an easy recruit, with Hartley Rathaway promised payback against Fiddler 2.0; Goldface was convinced to join, to ensure the New Rogues couldn't alter the past and take his turf before he started his gang.[2]

Trivia[]
- The Rogue Squad has self-imposed limits; making them the morally best of Flash's enemies. Primarily, they will not take a life.
- Goldface does not steal from those in need. For example, he will not steal directly from a hospital, but is more than willing to steal an organ printer before it gets to one.
- Pied Piper only resorted to robbery to fund his research to heal his lover.[3]
- The Hotness only robbed banks and used his fire to intimidate others. He later even helped save Central City from being destroyed by magma with the Flash's help.[4]
