Patrolman Roman Hicks is a police officer with the Freeland Police Department.
Biography
Roman Hicks was a recent graduate of the police academy. Ten days after joining the Freeland Police Department proper, he was assigned to investigate a burnt out vehicle. Examination into the vehicle suggested that it was a police-issue vehicle and the body inside was Detective Summers. Hicks briefed Deputy Chief Bill Henderson at the scene.[1]
