Russell Tovey

Russell George Tovey (born 14 November 1981) is an English actor. He portrayed Ray Terrill/The Ray in Crisis on Earth-X and Crisis on Infinite Earths. He also voiced him in Freedom Fighters: The Ray, along with his Earth-X counterpart.
