The Sabotage of Flight 237 is the attempted murder of several D.E.O. agents by the Fort Rozz escapee Vartox, under orders of Astra. The plane's crashing was prevented by Kara Danvers in her first heroic act.

Following orders given to him by General Astra, Vartox planted a bomb on Flight 237, intending to kill several of the D.E.O. agents on board. After a failed date, Kara Danvers saw news of the flight having engine failure and, due to her adoptive sister Alex Danvers being on board, prevented the plane from crashing, using her abilities for the first time in years.^[1]

Along with Alex, Thomas Coville was onboard; seeing Supergirl save him ultimately made him a worshiper of Rao.^[2]
