Sagittarius is a company located in Starling City, and is the company that makes Malcolm Merlyn's titanium arrows. This company is possibly owned by Merlyn Global Group. This is also the offshore company Malcolm merlyn Used to Begin buying up property in The Glades. At the time when he first proposed his idea to use the Unidac industries Device in order to destroy the Glades.
