Sagittarius is a company located in Star City that is owned by Merlyn Global Group. It makes Malcolm Merlyn's titanium arrows. This is also the offshore company (and dummy corporation) Malcolm used to begin buying up property in the Glades, at the time when he first proposed his idea to use the Markov Device in order to destroy the Glades.
