Sagittarius is a company located in Starling City, the one which makes Malcolm Merlyn's titanium arrows. This company is possibly owned by Merlyn Global Group. This is also the offshore company (and dummy corporation) Malcolm used to begin buying up property in the Glades, at the time when he first proposed his idea to use the Markov Device in order to destroy the Glades.
