Scott Kaiser (born October 30, 1991)[1] is a criminal belongling to the Wonderland gang that posed as a Crow agent.
Biography[]
Scott Kaiser was born on October 30, 1991 in Gotham City and, as an adult, he started a criminal career, getting four convictions to Blackgate Penitentiary: 2 years for drug trafficking, 3 months for driving under influence, 8 months for aggravated assault and 4 years for grand larceny.[1]
After he was released, he became a member of the Wonderland gang and infiltrated Catherine Hamilton-Kane's humanitarian gala posing as a Crows Security agent. He informed Mouse, who was posing as Jacob Kane, that there everything was in place, however, unbeknownst to him, he is spied by Luke Fox who identified him as a criminal.[1]
