Sean Maher (born April 16, 1975) is an American actor. He portrayed Mark Scheffer/Shrapnel in a guest starring role in the second season of Arrow.
Maher previously voiced Dick Grayson/Nightwing in the DC animated films, Son of Batman and Batman vs. Robin.
Maher also played Dr. Simon Tan inĀ Joss Whedon's Firefly
