"Never give in. Never, in nothing, great or small, large or petty, except in considerations of honor and good sense. Never yield to force, or the apparently overwhelming might of the enemy that confronts you. Never. Never, ever, give in."
Ben Lockwood[src]

Trivia

  • This season airs on Sundays at 8/7c, as opposed to the past three seasons, where it aired on Mondays at the same time.
  • Manchester Black was originally going to be the main antagonist of this season.[1]
  • Jeremy Jordan was supposed to appear in a recurring role this season, but unfortunately he was unable to. He will possibly appear in the fifth season.[2]
    • This also means that this is the first season without Jeremy Jordan (Winn Schott) being featured in any shape or capacity.
  • This is the first season of Supergirl to have humans as main antagonists.
    • Interestingly enough, at the same year in which this season aired, The Flash had a series first with a female main antagonist (in its fifth season).
    • This is also the only season where the main antagonists are not killed.
  • The final episode of the season introduced Malefic J'onzz, the brother of J'onn J'onzz as well as the shadow secret group known as Leviathan.
