Thea Queen likened her idea of "Star City Nights" to the music and arts festivals that Seattle held for decades.[1]

Original Timeline

In 2021, the Anti-Meta-human Act was legislated in Seattle (and throughout the United States), with A.R.G.U.S. as its enforcers.

Zari Tomaz and her family lived in Seattle, where she and her brother, Behrad were members of the resistance against A.R.G.U.S., with Zari becoming noted for her hacktivism.

In 2042, the time-traveling members of the Legends, Sara Lance, Nate Heywood, Mick Rory, and Ray Palmer violated the Anti-Meta-human Act of 2021 and were almost arrested by A.R.G.U.S., but managed to escape escape. The team then participated in a prison break later that night at an A.R.G.U.S. facility, setting every meta-human free from being experimented on.[2]

New timeline

Once Heyworld came to fruition and the Legends convinced the public to embrace the supernatural, there was no Anti-Metahuman act and Zari (now Tarazi) was replaced by her brother as a Legend.
