Sebastian Ollins is a Nobel Prize-winning quantum engineer and in 2049, the founder of Ollins Laboratories.
Biography[]
Early life[]
In college, Sebastian Ollins was roommates with Cisco Ramon. According to Cisco, Sebastian was an unmotivated student who couldn't stay awake during lectures, thus needing extensive help from him in studying. Cisco even lent Sebastian notes to use, which he believed to be the sole reason that Sebastian even passed his finals.[1]
Science career[]
Later in life, Sebastian received a Nobel Prize for his studies in quantum engineering.
In mid-2019, Sebastian rented out a warehouse in the Southside of Central City and retrofitted it with fiber-joules technology for his experiments. There, Sebastian created and housed a hyper-conduit, which was later stolen by Cicada II and replaced with a bomb.[1]
Possible future[]
By 2044 at the latest, Sebastian had founded Ollins Laboratories.[2]
