Secret identities

As a part of having an alter ego, individuals try to keep secret identities, often telling as few people as possible about their alternate identity. Below are lists of characters' secret identities, and who is aware of them.

Secret identities

Barry Allen/The Flash

After waking up from a coma, Barry Allen discovered he'd gained the power of super speed. Using this to his advantage, he eventually decided to become a guardian angel of Central City. The three S.T.A.R. Labs members that took care of him when he was unconscious decided to work with him.

1. Eobard Thawne: One of the three S.T.A.R. Labs members that looked after Barry during his nine-month comatose state, however, Eobard already knew Barry would eventually become the Flash, as he is from the future and is the Reverse-Flash, the man who murdered Barry's mother.
2. Caitlin Snow: She was responsible for looking after Barry during his nine-month comatose state, eventually joining him on his heroic escapades.
3. Cisco Ramon: He helped look after Barry during his nine-month comatose, eventually joining him for his heroic escapades.
4. Oliver Queen: Before actually becoming the Flash, Barry consulted Oliver on what to do. Oliver motivated him to become the Flash, observing his super speed as he ran away.
5. Joe West: Before Barry was shot by Clyde, Joe shot Clyde himself numerous times. He shortly discovered that Barry had been given his powers from the bolt of lightning that had struck him.
6. Felicity Smoak: When Felicity visited Barry in Central City, he showed her his newfound abilities.
7. Bette Sans Souci: After saving her from General Eiling, Barry revealed his identity to Bette and the fact that they are both meta-humans.
8. Wade Eiling: Eiling witnessed Barry without his mask on after shooting Bette Sans Souci.
9. Tony Woodward: After defeating his childhood bully, Barry put Tony in the Pipeline and revealed himself.
10. John Diggle: A few members of Team Arrow were in Central City on a mission; while waiting for Oliver to return, Diggle and Felicity were talking and the Flash sped up towards them, shocking Diggle (as he previously felt that the speed might have been exaggeration, until he finally saw it with his own eyes).
11. Lyla Michaels: After coming to Starling City to help out Oliver, Barry accidentally let Lyla know that he was the Flash, assuming Diggle had told her.
12. Roy Harper: Arriving back from getting sushi, Barry kept his mask off but the rest of his outfit on, allowing Roy to deduce his identity.
13. Henry Allen: After piecing together a number of interactions with the Flash, Henry concluded that the Flash is Barry. Despite Barry shrugging the accusation off, Henry proceeded to admit how proud he was and assure that, if his son was actually the Flash, that he was doing real good. Only later did Barry confirm his identity after saving his father's life, to no surprise from either.
14. Ronnie Raymond: He became aware of Barry's secret identity as he met him in S.T.A.R. Labs after the separation of Firestorm.
15. Martin Stein: He also became aware of Barry's secret identity as he met him in S.T.A.R. Labs after the separation of Firestorm.
16. Clarissa Stein: Upon seeing Barry using his speed to quickly get her husband a pizza, it is presumed that Clarissa was intelligent enough to link him and the Flash (who was on the news) as the same person.
17. Leonard Snart: Leonard tortured Dante Ramon, forcing Cisco to reveal The Flash's identity in return for his brother's life.
18. Eddie Thawne: Barry revealed his identity as the Flash to Eddie in order to have him help them get to the bottom of the mystery that was Dr. Wells.
19. Ray Palmer: Needing help on his A.T.O.M. Exosuit, he and Felicity headed to S.T.A.R. Labs in Central City and Felicity had to reveal Barry's secret.
20. Brie Larvan: It is assumed that she found out when Barry, unmasked, used his speed to capture the bee at S.T.A.R. Labs, with Brie seeing it through the camera on the bee.
21. Laurel Lance: As Laurel and Cisco decide to talk privately, she told him that she was aware of Barry's identity as The Flash.
22. Hannibal Bates: Bates transformed into Barry and the Flash, explored S.T.A.R Labs, was considered part of the team, and put in the pipeline prison. It is implied that Bates pieced together Barry as the Flash.
23. Gideon: Gideon is a sentient computer and knows Barry is the Flash, as he is her creator.
24. Iris West: Iris concluded that the Flash is in fact Barry after feeling static electricity when trying to grab his hand, as she'd done previously with Barry, when the latter was in a coma for 9 months.
25. Malcolm Merlyn: When Barry went to Nanda Parbat to rescue Team Arrow, Felicity called him by name, revealing his identity to Malcolm.
26. Nora Allen: When Barry traveled back in time to when his mother died, he reveals to her that he is Barry and the Flash.
27. Hunter Zolomon: Hunter appeared in S.T.A.R. Labs out of nowhere, revealing that he knew of Barry's identity, thus further implying his connection to The Flash also.
28. Jefferson Jackson: After becoming Firestorm, it is clear that he knew Barry's identity.
29. Harrison Wells: After saving The Flash from King Shark, Barry revealed his identity to him. However, it is implied that he already knew of his existence.
30. Linda Park: After asking her to go up against Zoom, Barry decided that he needed to trust her completely in order for her to trust him likewise, thus revealing his secret identity.
31. Kendra Saunders: Cisco accidentally revealed Barry's identity to Kendra after Barry saved him from being impaled in the chest when Vandal Savage threw a knife at him.
32. Carter Hall: Carter saw Barry unmasked while being chained in the Arrowcave.
33. Thea Queen: When Barry arrived in the Arrowcave with Team Arrow, he had his mask off.
34. Vandal Savage: He came in to Oliver Queen's apartment and attacked Teams Arrow and the Flash for Kendra Saunders, causing Barry to run super fast to protect his friends from Savage's daggers.
35. Patty Spivot: Patty found files on The Flash in Barry's desk that were inaccessible to the CCPD, raising her suspicions of Barry and The Flash being the same person along with knowledge that Joe West and Barry secretly help S.T.A.R. Labs occasionally. Patty later confirmed Barry's identity as The Flash after she tricked him by claiming an armed man was on her train.
36. Jesse Quick: Jesse saw Barry unmasked when they were captured by Zoom.
37. Jay Garrick: After Barry was kidnapped by Zoom, Jay saw Barry unmasked.
38. Barry Allen (Earth Two): After being kidnapped by Earth One Barry, Earth One Cisco and Harry, Barry was informed of everything that was going on, including his doppelgänger's identity.
39. Iris West (Earth Two): Iris was filled in on everything that was going on, including Earth One Barry being The Flash, by Earth Two Barry, Earth One Cisco and Harry.
40. Caitlin Snow (Earth Two): Caitlin saw Earth One Barry unmasked after helping Cisco, Harry, Earth Two Barry and Earth Two Iris save him.
41. Mari McCabe: After meeting Vixen, Green Arrow and the Flash maintained a friendship with her and revealed their identities. While visiting Star City she confirmed that she knew Barry's identity.^{[citation needed]}
42. Hartley Rathaway: In a recently-altered timeline, Hartley save Barry from being killed by a Time Wraith inside S.T.A.R. Labs.
43. Kara Danvers: Barry revealed his identity to her after reaching her Earth and realizing that he wasn't on his own.
44. James Olsen: After returning to Supergirl's base of operations, Barry revealed his identity to him.
45. Winn Schott: After returning to Supergirl's base of operations, Barry revealed his identity to him.
46. Department of Extra-Normal Operations: After teaming up with Supergirl, she took him to the D.E.O. where he revealed his identity, among them being Lucy Lane.
47. Cat Grant: Cat was able to figure out the connection between Barry, the red suit and his longing for the hero to be named "The Flash".
48. Tina McGee: After saving Dr. McGee from a collapsing building, she acknowledged that she knew his identity, reasoning that she wasn't an idiot and her occupation allowed her to make such observations.
49. Wally West: After Zoom openly took Henry Allen in front of his family and friends, Barry raced after him, with Wally being shocked at the sudden revelation.
50. Curtis Holt: When discussing Wild Dog with Oliver and Felicity, Felicity mentioned Oliver shooting Barry in the back while training him implying that Curtis knows about Barry being The Flash.
51. HR Wells: When Earth Nineteen Wells came to Earth One to replace Earth Two Wells on Team Flash, he was informed on Barry's secret as the Flash.
52. Mick Rory: Mick was present when Barry unmasked at the S.T.A.R. Labs hall.
53. Sara Lance: Sara was present when Barry was unmasked at the S.T.A.R Labs hall.
54. Nate Heywood: Nate was present when Barry was unmasked at the S.T.A.R Labs hall.
55. Amaya Jiwe: Amaya was present when Barry was unmasked at the S.T.A.R Labs hall.
56. Rip Hunter: Rip was sent a message from Barry in the year 2056, acknowledging that he created an alternate timeline known as "Flashpoint", altering the pasts and futures of everyone he knew.
57. Smith: Smith never stated how he knew who Barry was, but he already knew he was the Flash.
58. Dominators: The Dominators were aware of Barry's existence as the Flash and his part in creating the alternate timeline Flashpoint.
59. Julian Albert: Barry was forced to reveal his identity as the Flash after S.T.A.R. Labs took Julian into custody, and Julian initially did not trust anyone wearing a mask.
60. Savitar: Savitar apparently knows the identity of most, if not all, speedsters.
61. Rene Ramirez: Barry must have told Rene his identity as the Flash, when he was working with him.
62. Rory Regan: Barry must have told Rory his identity the Flash, when he was working with him.
63. Music Meister: Music Meister is already aware of Barry's identity as the Flash.

1. Roger Trigon: As the leader of the Church of Blood, Roger was the one who gave Sebastian his secret identity.
2. Daily: As he was part of the Church of Blood, Daily was aware of Sebastian being Brother Blood, even posing as him, leading to his ultimate demise.
3. Cyrus Gold: As he was a childhood friend of Sebastian as well as part of the Church of Blood, Cyrus was aware of Sebastian being Brother Blood.
4. Slade Wilson: As the man behind the activities of the Church of Blood, Slade is aware of Sebastian being Brother Blood.
5. Isabel Rochev: As she was part of the Church of Blood, Isabel was aware of Sebastian being Brother Blood.
6. Laurel Lance: Laurel first suspected Sebastian when she was investigating him after the death of Lucas Hilton. Later on, when she found out Sebastian wrote a press statement about Moira Queen's death, she learned that Sebastian was Brother Blood.
7. Oliver Queen: After Laurel discovered that Sebastian was Brother Blood, she went to tell Oliver about this, allowing him to take him down.
8. John Diggle: After Laurel told Oliver of Sebastian's identity, John presumably found out also.
9. Felicity Smoak: After Laurel told Oliver of Sebastian's identity, Felicity presumably found out also.
10. Clinton Hogue: As Sebastian's former bodyguard, Clinton was aware of Sebastian being Brother Blood, even later taking up the title himself.

Simon Morrison/Adrian Chase/Prometheus

1. Talia al Ghul: Talia is aware of her student's double life as she is the one who trained him for it.
2. Susan Williams: Adrian revealed his identity to Susan after kidnapping her.
3. Oliver Queen: Talia informed Oliver that Prometheus is Adrian Chase in order to cause him pain.
4. Quentin Lance: Upon discovering Prometheus' identity, Oliver went on to inform all the members of Team Arrow.
5. Rene Ramirez: Upon discovering Prometheus' identity, Oliver went on to inform all the members of Team Arrow.
6. John Diggle: Upon discovering Prometheus' identity, Oliver went on to inform all the members of Team Arrow.
7. Dinah Drake: Upon discovering Prometheus' identity, Oliver went on to inform all the members of Team Arrow.

3. Felicity Smoak: When Laurel and Thea explained to Felicity and Oliver about the Ghosts, Oliver, Felicity, Laurel and Thea came back to Star City and Felicity saw John with his suit.
4. Oliver Queen: When he and Felicity returned to Star City, he saw John in his suit.
5. Quentin Lance: When Quentin re-joined Team Arrow, he discovered John's identity.^{[citation needed]}
6. Sara Lance: After Sara was resurrected she saw John in full Spartan get-up.

10. Samantha Clayton: Much like Mari, Samantha is also aware of John's alter-ego after Oliver took her down to the bunker.
11. Andy Diggle: After John pulled off the mask of a ghost which happened to be Andy, he was brought back to the Arrowcave to be interugated by his brother and later on found out about John's identity.
12. Roy Harper: Roy returned to Star City in 2016 and helped Team Arrow in the fight against the Calculator, fighting aside Spartan, though he already knew John's membership.^{[citation needed]}
13. Damien Darhk: Due to Diggles brother being a ghost, Andy told Darhk about Oliver and his team.
14. Curtis Holt: When Curtis stumbled upon the Arrowcave, he discovered many secret identities, along with John's.
15. Evelyn Sharp: After John escaped from prison with the help of Oliver, Evelyn became aware of John's identity.
16. Rory Regan: After John escaped from prison with the help of Oliver, Rory became aware of John's identity.
17. Rene Ramirez: After John escaped from prison with the help of Oliver, Rene became aware of John's identity.

3. Nyssa al Ghul: When Nyssa temporarily joined Team Arrow, she became aware of Roy's identity.
4. Barry Allen: When Barry was visiting Starling City to help the Arrow, members of Team Flash were allowed into the Arrowcave, thus becoming aware of Roy's identity as Arsenal.
5. Caitlin Snow: When Caitlin was visiting Starling City to help the Arrow, members of Team Flash were allowed into the Arrowcave, thus becoming aware of Roy's identity as Arsenal.
6. Cisco Ramon: When Cisco was visiting Starling City to help the Arrow, members of Team Flash were allowed into the Arrowcave, thus becoming aware of Roy's identity as Arsenal.
7. Thea Queen: Thea was able to deduce that Roy was the red-hooded counterpart to the Arrow.

1. Ray Palmer: When Ray was seeing what Nate could do, he saw him as Steel.
2. Sara Lance: Sara saw Nate as Steel when Ray was testing Nate's powers.
3. Amaya Jiwe: Amaya saw Nate as Steel when Ray was testing Nate's powers.
4. Mick Rory: When Nate saved Mick from Amaya, he saw him as Steel.
5. Martin Stein: Martin was present when Nate demonstrated his power as Steel.
6. Jefferson Jackson: Jax was present when Nate demonstrated his power as Steel.
7. Jonah Hex: When Nate saves Hex from being hung, he saw him as Steel.
8. Team Flash: Everyone member of Team Flash saw Nate in his Steel suit at the S.T.A.R. Labs hall.

4. Cisco Ramon: When arriving to the Arrowcave to find Oliver, John, Thea, Ray, and Sara he was introduced to Curtis.
5. Adrian Chase: Evelyn told Adrian (under the guise of Prometheus) the identities of all the members of Team Arrow.
6. Paul Holt: Curtis told Paul that he's Mr. Terrific after Prometheus attacked him in front of Paul.
7. Billy Malone: During his investigation of Prometheus, Billy discovered that Curtis is Mr. Terrific.

Jefferson Jackson and Martin Stein/Firestorm

1. Team Flash: Previously aware of Martin's identity from his association with Ronnie Raymond, researched possible candidates to replace Ronnie as Firestorm, leading them to find Jax.
2. Clarissa Stein: Became aware of Jax's identity as Martin's new partner (off-screen) shortly before or after the new Firestorm returned to Philadelphia.
3. Henry Hewitt: Told by Caitlin about Firestorm's powers as he was the second potential meta-human partner to Martin. Found out about Jax's identity when the new Firestorm confronted him with the Flash.
4. Rip Hunter: Being a former Time Master, Rip must have known about Firestorm to choose them for his team.
5. Sara Lance: Sara saw Firestorm when the team battled Chronos.
6. Ray Palmer: Ray saw Firestorm when the team battled Chronos.
7. Kendra Saunders: Kendra saw Firestorm when the team battled Chronos.
8. Carter Hall: Carter saw Firestorm when the team battled Chronos.
9. Leonard Snart: Leonard saw Firestorm when the team battled Chronos.
10. Mick Rory: Mick saw Firestorm when the team battled Chronos.
11. Vandal Savage: Being in league with the Time Masters and encountering the team so many times throughout history, Vandal became aware of Jax and Martin's identity as Firestorm.
12. Valentina Vostok: Valentina had been working on a Soviet Firestorm project in Russia for about 10 years before the team traveled to the year 1986 and realized what her and Vandal were working on. She became aware that Martin was one half of Firestorm when she lifted up his sleeve and saw Jax's hidden message on it due to there Psychic link.
13. Connor Hawke: Traveling to the year 2046 in Star City, the team ran into Connor, the new Green Arrow, giving away Firestorm's identity.
14. Ra's al Ghul: Ra's saw Firestorm fight when Chronos came to Nanda Parbat in the year 1960.
15. Jonah Hex: Jonah saw Firestorm fight against the Hunters traveling to the year 1871.
16. Nate Heywood: Joining the Legends from being an historian, Nate saw Firestorm fight against Damien Darhk in 1942.
17. Justice Society of America: When encountering the JSA, everyone including Commander Steel, Dr. Mid-Nite, Obsidian, Stargirl and Vixen saw Jax and Martin merge into Firestorm when they fought against each other.

2. Sara Lance: When fighting against the JSA in 1942, Sara saw Amaya in her full Vixen get-up.
3. Ray Palmer: When fighting against the JSA in 1942, Ray saw Amaya in her full Vixen get-up.
4. Nate Heywood: When fighting against the JSA in 1942, Nate saw Amaya in her full Vixen get-up.
5. Jefferson Jackson: When fighting against the JSA in 1942, Jax saw Amaya in her full Vixen get-up.
6. Martin Stein: When fighting against the JSA in 1942, Martin saw Amaya in her full Vixen get-up.
7. Mick Rory: When fighting against the JSA in 1942, Mick saw Amaya in her full Vixen get-up.

11. Team Arrow: Everyone member of Team Arrow saw Amaya in her Vixen suit at the S.T.A.R. Labs hall.

Laurel Lance/Black Canary

1. Roy Harper: Roy learned of Laurel's identity while stopping a mugger.
2. John Diggle: John learned of Laurel's identity after Roy helped her, which led to him finding out quickly.
3. Felicity Smoak: Believing that the Canary was back, but it wasn't Sara, Felicity discovered that it was in fact Laurel.
4. Ted Grant: Ted inferred that Laurel was the Black Canary after watching the news.
5. Oliver Queen: Oliver learned about Laurel's alter-ego through his team.
6. Quentin Lance: Quentin was able to assume that Laurel was taking her sister's place as a vigilante while she way away, but later found out that Sara was in fact dead.
7. Thea Queen: Thea found out after walking into the foundry and seeing Laurel in suit after the latter was injected with Vertigo.
8. Ray Palmer: Ray was able to infer that due to Laurel attempts to keep the Arrow safe at all costs, she was Black Canary.
9. Barry Allen: Felicity explained that she had a complicated life, among that knowing that Laurel was Black Canary.
10. Cisco Ramon: Laurel told Cisco that she was Black Canary when asking for his help with the Canary Cry.
11. Tatsu Yamashiro: In Nanda Parbat, Laurel stood unmasked in front of Tatsu.
12. John Constantine: When attempting to recover Sara Lance's soul, Laurel was dressed in her Black Canary outfit. It can be presumed that John can figure out her identity.
13. Sara Lance: After she was resurrected Sara saw Laurel in full Black Canary get-up.
14. Caitlin Snow: While working with Team Arrow to protect Kendra and Carter from Vandal Savage, Caitlin found out that Laurel was Black Canary.
15. Mari McCabe: Mari is aware of Laurel's alter-ego after Oliver took her down to the bunker.
16. Samantha Clayton: Much like Mari, Samantha is also aware of Laurel's alter-ego after Oliver took her down to the bunker.

Sara Lance/The Canary/White Canary

Sara began her duty as a vigilante called "The Canary". After resurrected from Lazarus Pit, she now goes by the name "White Canary".

1. League of Assassins: The entire League, including the likes of Ra's al Ghul, Nyssa al Ghul and Al-Owal, were aware of Sara's vigilantism in Starling City, due to her having trained with them.
2. Sin: After saving her from being raped by a group of men, Sara revealed her identity to Sin.
3. Oliver Queen: Oliver trapped the Canary with a bunch of ropes attached to arrows, only to take off her mask to reveal Sara. He in turn revealed his identity.
4. Team Arrow: When Sara joined Oliver's team, she met John Diggle and Felicity Smoak. Later when Roy Harper joined Team Arrow, he learned of Sara's secret.
5. Quentin Lance: When the League of Assassins began to hunt Sara down, under orders from Nyssa al Ghul, Sara decided that the best way to protect her family was to reveal her secret identity, thus giving them a full idea of the dangerous situation. She revealed this to her father, Quentin, who was initially shocked at her appearance, though accepting of her actions.
6. A.R.G.U.S.: Amanda Waller and Lyla Diggle were aware of who Sara was and what she did.
7. Slade Wilson: When Slade began to hunt down Oliver and destroy him, Oliver's team fought back. In the midst of this, Slade was made aware of Sara still being alive, and further inferred Sara's vigilantism.

1. League of Assassins: The entire league, including Ra's al Ghul, Nyssa al Ghul and Al-Owal, are aware of Malcolm's secret identity, and are all unhappy about what he'd done.
2. Team Arrow: Following Malcolm's reveal to the Hood about him being the Dark Archer, Oliver's entire team is aware of Malcolm's alter-ego, consisting of Oliver Queen, John Diggle, Felicity Smoak, Laurel Lance, Sara Lance and Roy Harper.
3. Tommy Merlyn: After Moira Queen revealed Malcolm's plan to destroy the Glades and everyone in it, as well as how many people he has killed in pursuit of this insane goal of his in a press conference, also revealing herself as the latter's unwilling accomplice, Malcolm revealed his panic room to Tommy, fully equipped with his Dark Archer suit and equipment.

Oliver Queen/The Hood/The Arrow/Al-Sah-him/Green Arrow

Oliver initially acted as a vigilante known as The Hood. A year later he began to be known as a hero, The Arrow. However, 2 years later Oliver joined the League of Assassins, apparently becoming a darker version of himself, known as Al Sah-him. 6 months after coming out of retirement, Oliver now goes under the codename Green Arrow.

1. Lodai: Since Lodai is Oliver's supplier for all of his vigilante equipment and activities, it is very likely that he is aware of Oliver's secret identity.
2. John Diggle: Oliver was forced to reveal his identity as the Hood when John was shot by Deadshot, and had to recuperate in Oliver's base after being given medicine. John initially did not accept Oliver's vigilantism, but later was accepting and joined Oliver's vigilante team.
3. Quentin Lance: Quentin had originally discovered Oliver's secret through a security camera from the Exchange Building, unknown to Quentin, Oliver set the whole thing up, to exonerate himself, his belief that Oliver is the Hood, was proven to be (seemingly) untrue when the Vigilante, appeared on the other side of town, well the former was under house arrest at the time, however it was actually Oliver's bodyguard John Diggle. 2 years later when Quentin ordered a manhunt on the Arrow (who was being framed by the League of Assassins for murder), Ra's al Ghul had him kidnapped and told him Oliver's secret, hoping to further turn the city against Oliver. They got partway to taking him to prison, but Roy Harper intervened wearing the suit (despite Quentin's having seen him in his own suit).
4. Derek Reston: After saving his son, Derek was shot, and in his dying moments Oliver decided to reveal his identity to him.
5. Helena Bertinelli: After Oliver realized that Helena was the Huntress, he helped save her, and she in turn discovered the Hood's identity. Helena joined Oliver's team, helping to fight crime, however, she was too blinded by her hatred for her father, and left.
6. Felicity Smoak: Following Oliver being shot by his mother, Moira Queen, when he tried interrogating her, he lay in the back of Felicity's car with a wound. He revealed his identity to her, and the two of them drove to Robert Queen's warehouse, where Oliver's base lay beneath. Once there, Felicity and John operated on him.
7. Tommy Merlyn: When his father, Malcolm Merlyn, was shot by Deadshot, Oliver revealed his identity to Tommy in order to trust him to save his father's life. Tommy was conflicted over Oliver's revelation and often argued with him over his actions, although Tommy ultimately kept the secret.
8. Webb: After trying to stop the production of Vertigo, Oliver was drugged with it and knocked out. He was strapped down, only to escape and kill Dr. Webb.
9. Webb's accomplice: When Dr. Webb trapped Oliver, the two of them learned his true identity. He was ultimately killed by John Diggle when he escaped.
10. Malcolm Merlyn: Oliver went after Malcolm, who revealed his identity as the Dark Archer. Malcolm ultimately won the fight, pulling off Oliver's hood in shock.
11. Sara Lance: For over a year Sara suspected Oliver to be the Hood, later the Arrow, and she finally discovered that her suspicions were true when her identity was revealed to Oliver. She joined Oliver's team not long after that.
12. Al-Owal: Al-Owal broke in to the Queen Mansion while Sara was staying there. Not only did he know of her whereabouts, but he also knew of Oliver's alter-ego, the Arrow. It's possible he knew it due to Malcolm, his former protégé, knowing it.
13. A.R.G.U.S.: Some members of A.R.G.U.S., including the likes of Amanda Waller and Lyla Diggle, are aware of Oliver's secret identity, as well as his associates, John Diggle and Felicity Smoak.
14. Count Vertigo: The Count was able to deduce Oliver's identity as the Arrow solely due to his large connection to Felicity Smoak, who also had a large connection to the Arrow. He used his knowledge of this connection to lure Oliver to Queen Consolidated, where Oliver confirmed his ideas of Oliver's identity, only to be killed when the Count almost killed Felicity.
15. Barry Allen: Felicity and John made the call to reveal Oliver's secret identity to Barry when Oliver was poisoned by unknown chemicals from an A.R.G.U.S. disaster bunker, following his fight with a Mirakuru-enhanced Cyrus Gold. Oliver was annoyed at this, although soon came to terms with it and accepted Barry.
16. Slade Wilson: For the entire time that Oliver acted as the Hood, then the Arrow, Slade had figured that he was indeed Oliver, due to the green hood's significance - a reference to that of Yao Fei's and Shado's hood. He made it his sole purpose to destroy Oliver's life and reverse his heroic deeds.
17. League of Assassins: The entirety of League of Assassins, including the likes of Ra's al Ghul, Nyssa al Ghul and Maseo Yamashiro who know about Oliver as the Arrow.
18. Roy Harper: Oliver was forced to reveal his secret identity to a Mirakuru-enhanced Roy in order to calm him down, to stop him from beating Ben Turner to death. Roy later joined Oliver's team, but left the team, because he (correctly) blamed Oliver for Thea getting kidnapped by Slade Wilson. He later rejoined after they get the Mirakuru out of him and becomes Oliver's partner.
19. Isabel Rochev: Due to being in league with Slade Wilson, a fact which she eventually revealed to Oliver, Isabel was aware of Oliver being the Arrow.
20. Laurel Lance: When Slade Wilson began publicly ruining Oliver's life, he turned up at Laurel's door to tell her of Oliver's identity as the Arrow. Laurel was initially shocked and began to add up the clues, but after advice from her father, decided that it was best to not approach Oliver about it and allow him to do his job.
21. Moira Queen: While having a conversation about Thea, Moira also revealed to Oliver that she had figured that Oliver was the vigilante since around the events of the Undertaking, and before Oliver could say a thing, Moira expressed that she couldn't be prouder.
22. Sebastian Blood: When having dinner, Sebastian was joined by Oliver who started a conversation about Slade Wilson before saying "I'm the Arrow". Sebastian didn't seem overly surprised at the discovery.
23. Eobard Thawne: After the Arrow and his team came to Central City to help the Flash and his team, Eobard wished to learn the Arrow's identity in order to put his faith in him, though Felicity reasoned that it wasn't her secret to tell. However, he was later able to simply guess who he was to Felicity (possibly using his knowledge of the future).
24. Joe West: Eobard was able to simply guess the Arrow's identity in front of everyone members and associates of Team Flash, Felicity confirms it.

1. Caitlin Snow: After Firestorm had stalked Caitlin, she followed him back to the Central City Shopping Mall garage, discovering that Ronnie was alive. However, wanting her to stay away, he used his pyrokinesis to create fire. She later learnt of the full nature of Firestorm from Cisco Ramon; that the two had merged.
2. Cisco Ramon: After tracking him down in to sewers, Firestorm used his fire again to distract the two and run off. Cisco later learnt from Hartley Rathaway the true nature of Firestorm, that the two men had merged.
3. Barry Allen: Firestorm saved Barry during his fight with the Reverse-Flash, before flying away through the use of his flames.
4. Eobard Thawne: Eobard learned of the merging of Ronnie and Martin through his scientists, eventually figuring a way to allow them to separate temporarily, and then merge willingly to create harmony.
5. Hartley Rathaway: Hartley discovered that Ronnie and Martin had merged through CCTV footage of the accident.
6. Clarissa Stein: Barry's team explained to Clarissa about her husband's condition, and used her to convince Firestorm to let their team help them.
7. Wade Eiling: Wade knew of the F.I.R.E.S.T.O.R.M. program, and kidnapped Martin so he could weaponize what made Firestorm so valuable.
