Biography
After Barry Allen from Earth-1 masqueraded as his doppelgänger, he witnessed Singh being brought in by police officers and shockingly exclaimed "Captain?" as Singh proclaimed that he didn't know anything so he wasn't saying anything as he walked past detective Floyd Lawton.[1]
