Biography[]
After Barry Allen from Earth-1 masqueraded as his Earth-2 doppelgänger, he witnessed Singh being brought in by police officers and shockingly exclaimed "Captain?" having known his Earth-1 doppelgänger. Singh proclaimed that he didn't know anything so he wasn't saying anything as he walked past detective Floyd Lawton.[1]
