Slater (died 2015) was a member of H.I.V.E.
Biography[]
Slater was the only ghost that accompanied Damien Darhk on his mission to blow up a train headed from Central City to Star City.[1]
During the mission Team Arrow attempted to stop H.I.V.E.'s plan. After the Green Arrow jumped on top of the train Slater noticed this and went to investigate. When he opened the train's door he was grabbed and thrown out of the train by the Green Arrow.[1]
Equipment[]
- The Ghosts suit: Slater wears a protective suit, used by the members of the Ghosts, to hide her identity from his victims. It is unknown what materials it is made out of.[1]
