The sonic cannon is a weapon previously owned by Lex Luthor, which he attempted to use against Superman. It was subsequently stored in the Fortress of Solitude armory.

The sonic cannon was first developed by Luthor Corp to use against Superman. It was later stored in the Fortress of Solitude armory until Lena Luthor and Supergirl found it, and Lena modified it to be used against Rama Khan.
Functions
- Ultrasonic waves: It sends concentrated blasts of high-frequency ultrasonic waves at whatever it is aimed at. Lena Luthor slightly adjusted it to destabilize Rama Khan at least long enough to put power dampening cuffs on.
