An unnamed woman is the wife of an unnamed man and the estranged mother of Sophie and Jordan Moore.

Biography[]

Original multiverse[]

Early life[]

The woman had two daughters, Sophie in 1991 or 1992,[1] and Jordan,[2] to an unnamed man. She raised her daughters under very conservative values, opposing the LGBTQ community and homosexuals as "degenerate sinners". She also pushed her children to work hard in order to achieve great things in life.[3]

She was apparently a supporter of Batman, considering the vigilante to be "cute".

The woman supported Sophie's marriage to Tyler, approving him as her son-in-law; she praised Tyler's decorated career and appreciated how he always sent her flowers on her birthday.[1] However, Tyler recognized the fact that she was a very hard woman.[3]

Anti-Monitor Crisis[]

During the Anti-Monitor Crisis, the woman as well as everyone in the multiverse except for the seven Paragons, was killed in an antimatter wave by the Anti-Monitor on December 10, 2019,[4] only to be restored a month later, after the Paragons and the Spectre created a new universe.[5]

Visiting her daughter[]

The woman received a call from Jacob Kane that Sophie had been suspended from Crows Security, prompting her to visit her daughter in the middle of the night without warning.

The woman scolds Sophie for separating from Tyler.

The following morning, the woman scolded Sophie for not telling her about her separation from Tyler, wondering why her daughter claimed to no longer love a man the former deemed "perfect". She also urged Sophie to find a way to get her job back. However, Sophie declared that she intended to find something she believed in more, taking Batwoman as an example. The woman retorted Batwoman is different from Batman since the vigilante stood for values she didn't recognize, but Sophie knew her mother really disapproved of Batwoman being openly lesbian.

Sophie's mother disappointed after her daughter came out to her

The woman upset after Sophie comes out to her.

A few days later, after the woman bought them coffee, Sophie confessed she was never in love with Tyler and found love with someone else at Point Rock. The woman encouraged her daughter to go after him, but Sophie revealed the person was a woman, finally coming out to her. Shocked, the woman asked why her daughter never told her about this before and Sophie replied that it was because she didn't want her mother to look at her the way she was in that moment. The woman stormed off, angrily asking Sophie how she expected her mother's look of disappointment to be.[1]

The woman later told Jordan what she learned about Sophie, but unlike her mother, Jordan continued to support her sister.[2]
