Spyn Zone, is a blog created by Spencer Young to document sightings of a "new speedster" and hypnotize people to make stories she writes with her phone come true.

History

After resigning from Central City Picture News, Spencer Young created Spyn Zone to report on meta-humans.

After her phone was enhanced by dark matter during the Enlightenment, Spencer began using it to "create" news for her blog by hypnotizing people through her articles so she could post the stories first. Spencer targeted XS, Central City's newest speedster, for her stories by having the latter prevent engineered disasters.

Team Flash soon noticed that Spyn Zone's posts were published before the aforementioned events took place, leading them to identify Spencer as the culprit behind them.

After Spencer was arrested by the Flash, Spyn Zone was presumably shut down.
