Star City is plagued by crime and corruption at all levels of society. The most prominent gang is a terrorist group led by Grant Wilson.
Vigilantism[]
After his family's yacht Gambit sank, the billionaire playboy Oliver Queen made it to the island of Lian Yu. Years later Oliver returned home with a mission to save his city from crime and corruption becoming the Green Arrow.
His successor is John Diggle, Jr., better known as "Connor Hawke".
