The Starling City Aquarium is an aquarium based in Star City. It is located right on the water.

History

At some point when she was a child, Sara Lance visited the aquarium, where she got a stuffed shark toy.^[1]

When a man got high on a modified version of Vertigo, he entered the aquarium and behaved strangely with the exhibits. After a woman insulted him for being creepy, the man stole a security guard's gun and threatened the patrons while taking more Vertigo. The Hood intervened and chased the man into the aquarium's basement, where he died of anaphylaxis due to the chlorpromazine in the Vertigo.^[2]

Behind the scenes

The National Aquarium in Baltimore, Maryland is used as the exterior of the Starling City Aquarium while the Vancouver Aquarium is used as the interior.
