The Starling City Cancer Society is a nationwide, community-based, voluntary health organization located in Star City. They are dedicated to fighting against and eliminating cancer.
History
In February 2013, the Starling City Cancer Society held a fundraising auction at the Starling City Museum, which Oliver Queen, John Diggle, and Felicity Smoak infiltrated in order to capture The Dodger. As bait, Oliver donated a Spanish brooch from the Ominous Decade to the auction on behalf of the Queen family.[1]
