The Starling City Police Department was the police department of Starling City on Earth-2.

History

The antimatter wave consumes SCPD, Starling City (Earth-2).

When Tommy Merlyn was discovered as the Dark Archer, he was arrested by the SCPD, as was his associate and former police officer Dinah Drake. Elsewhere were Oliver's mother Moira and Rene Ramirez. Only shortly later, an antimatter wave consumed the SCPD along with the rest of its inhabitants of Earth-2, where John Diggle opened a breach back to 'home'.

Tommy is destroyed by antimatter.

Moira is destroyed by antimatter.

Rene and Dinah both destroyed by antimatter.

Laurel calling for Oliver to escape through the breach.
