- For the first individual known as "Killer Croc," see Waylon Jones.
Steven is a teenager who turned into the second Killer Croc after being exposed to a tooth from the original Killer Croc.
Biography[]
During a fishing trip out with his father, Mason, Steven caught a large tooth on his line. Later, he made it into a necklace to celebrate the find. But Steven had an infected cut accidentally made from the tooth. Initially, this was all it was, but over time, the infection grew to reptilian scales and skin. Similar to that of Killer Croc. This spread across his body until he also started exhibiting reptilian traits in his personality. This led to him being chained by his father until he eventually escaped. Starting his killing spree with a first kill that; was later mistaken for a missing persons case.[1]
Steven later killed two teens in a pool, as well as two men, and took their bodies to Gotham's sewers. He also kidnapped Whitney Hutchinson in the woods and took her to the sewer to eat her later. His father followed him to the sewer and tried to protect him from Batwoman, but Steven killed him anyway. When Steven was finally going to kill Whitney, he was stopped by Batwoman and incarcerated in the Arkham Asylum.[1]
Personality[]
Before Steven's mutation, he was a happy teenager who enjoyed fishing with his father, Mason.
After Steven's mutation, he devolved into a feral animal with an unsatisfied hunger, as he will kill anyone without hesitation, such as his father, Mason.
