Detective Suarez is a police detective of the Star City Police Department.
Biography[]
After the assassination of Andy Diggle, Suarez was assigned to his case. His brother, John came to see her about the case, and though she could not officially help, she allowed him to look at a file with a possible suspect, Thomas Fletcher.[1]
