Susanna Thompson (born January 27, 1958) is an American actress. She portrayed Moira Queen as a series regular in the first and second seasons of Arrow. She also provided the voice for the character for the third season episode "Uprising", for which she wasn't credited. She reprised her role in a special guest starring role in the fifth season of Arrow, and portrayed Moira's Earth-2 counterpart in the eighth and final season. Thompson also voiced the Wellenreiter's A.I. in an uncredited role in the third season of DC's Legends of Tomorrow.
