Swamp Thaaaang was a horror film released in 1996 and directed by David Geddes. It was the sequel to Swamp Thaaang!!, and was the fourth film in the franchise. The Legends eventually fixed the timeline, erasing the film franchise from history.
History[]
Aberrant timeline: In 1995 at Camp Ogawa, Maine, a displaced shtriga masquerading as camp counselor "Chad Stephens" caused the disappearance of several kids, who were drained of their life force. This tragedy presumably inspired David Geddes to create the film franchise revolving around a swamp monster who killed people at summer camp.
A.V. Club reviewed the movie: "D+: The production design is as lazy as the action staging".
In 2018, Ava Sharpe and Sara Lance watched the movie, were notified by Gideon about the supposed fugitive which caused the anomaly in time, and went on a mission to prevent the tragedy.
Current timeline: The Legends managed to locate and bring back the life force of the missing children, and kill the shtriga, erasing the film franchise from existence.[1]

Behind the scenes[]
- When the information for the parody movie Swamp Thaaaang is shown, the director is seen to be David Geddes. Geddes has actually directed multiple episodes of DC's Legends of Tomorrow, including "Wet Hot American Bummer". The film franchise is a spoof of both the comic book Swamp Thing, and the real-life films and TV series based on it.
