I know they just made their debut recently, but given that the Candy Lady who was their ally if not an member. Who was notable for kidnapping kids and selling them into gang life after mentally and spiritually being broken. Leads to the possible this was only the gang she sold all of her victims to and they were 'underground' when Ryan was taken in 2003. Since Ryan stated in a present day scene of Fair Skin, Blue Eyes the Cady Lady's MO was kidnapping unwanted kids and sell them to a gang.
