Name? Read Please?[]

Hey, I looked up and in earlier edits, the island was written as 炼狱, then on December 7, 2013 it was rewritten as 煉獄. Was this later version of written format actually shown in an episode or a comic issue? It only stood out to me because China White's actual name is written in Simplified Chinese, and well, 煉獄 is Traditional Chinese, felt a bit inconsistent. I mean... being written in Traditional Chinese could still make sense by establishing the island being very old and existing for quite sometime; though in that case, also adding the Simplified version would make more sense: the island might have been once written as 煉獄, but in modern-day, especially when the CW has specified the time-line, the MAJORITY (seriously) of the people in China read and write in Simplified Chinese. (Note that the majority does not include Hong Kong and Macau; but just everywhere else.) It has been like that for over half a century.

P.S.: The wording of this (煉獄 Liànyù, translated as purgatory) is also not technically correct. "煉獄/炼狱" itself is a translation, THE translation of "purgatory" (not the other way around), as the concept of purgatory was foreign and did not have a word for it in Chinese. The proper way of displaying the information would be something like (Traditional Chinese: 煉獄; Mandarin pronunciation: Liànyù; literally "purgatory"), pretty much like the format used for Ra's al Ghul, only that because there are different ways to speak and write Chinese, correctly labeling traditional and Mandarin would help. For example, in Cantonese (also a Chinese dialect, the actual dialect spoken in Hong Kong), 煉獄 would not be pronounced as Liànyù; 煉獄 can also be read in Japanese, and obviously in Japanese it is another different pronunciation, so yeah, even when it's all written the same there's still multiple ways of saying it, and Liànyù is strictly the Mandarin way.

Okay, so I know I probably sound like an annoying bint who just liked to pick on petty details. Please know that I write it long (when probably no one cares to read) because I want to fully present the case, for ignorant or misinformed people could easily see the additional CORRECT wording as redundant, when in actuality it is not.
