Clear "Appearances" rules suggestions[]

I've noticed that there aren't really clear rules for which episode did the Trinity appear in, which episodes were they mentioned, ect... And there also isn't a clear rules in the wiki rules for this kind of articles (at least I couldn't find any). So if you ask me, an admin should decide rules for this article in order to prevent possible edit wars. I'm not an admin, but here is my suggestion for the rules:

1. If Green Arrow, The Flash and Supergirl appeared in a scene without any other superhero(es), then that episode is considered a full appearance, without any notes. Same goes when they appear in their civillian cloths (like in "Invasion!"), and it is also valid if they appear with a minor character (like when they appear with a random police officer in "Elseworlds, Part 2", although it isn't really a good example because they also appear alone in the same episode but you know what I mean).

2. If the 3 appeared with another superhero(es), it is considered an appearance but the note will be "with [said hero or superhero team]". For instance the 3 appeared in "Elseworlds, Part 3" with Superman, so the note will say "with Superman" (They also appeared with other characters in other scenes but we should strive for the least amount of characters in the note and just pick the scene when they appeared with the least amount of heroes). However they mostly appear with the rest of the Arrowverse heroes so in that case I have no idea what we should do. We could say "with The Alliance", suggesting that when the members of Team Arrow Team Flash and the Legends appear together (like in "Crisis on Earth-X, Part 4") that "team" is called The Alliance, but that team was never called like that on-screen so it isn't right.

3. If the team was mentioned as "the Trinity" at some point in the episode (like in "Hey, World!"), than that episode will be an appearance but with the note "mentioned" (or "m" in the source code).

4. If the 3 members were mentioned by names at the same time (like in "Legends of To-Meow-Meow"), the episode will be an appearance but with the note "indirectly mentioned".

5. Users are allowed to base on the wiki rules when it comes to add appearances. For instance in "We Are The Flash" Barry suggested calling Oliver and Kara, so that episode should be considered as "indirectly mentioned" because he basically suggested forming the Trinity (as he is a part of the Trinity and by recruting the other 2 members he forms the team), but he didn't use those exact words so it's an indirect mention.

Again I'm not an admin, and I don't order the admins to follow those rules and accept them as the definitive rules for this article. I'm just suggesting a set of rules that I think makes sense. The admins could disagree with me and set their own rules, or just decide this article doesn't require specific rules and just move on, or do whatever they want.
