Taylor (died 2018) was an agent of the D.E.O., who betrayed the organization for the Children of Liberty.
Biography
Taylor used his D.E.O. credentials to free Kopy, Hellgrammite, and the Angon alien parasite from the D.E.O. desert facility and hand them over to Mercy and Otis Graves. After completing this task, Taylor requested Mercy to non-lethally shoot him to stage a breakout. However, Mercy instead shot Taylor dead to tie up loose ends.[1]
