The telepathic crown is a device used by A.R.G.U.S. to keep Grodd in a coma.

History

At some point in time, A.R.G.U.S. used the telepathic crown to place Grodd in a mental coma, after modifications from Team Flash.

After Barry Allen was convinced Grodd had changed his ways, Team Flash contacted A.R.G.U.S. to let Grodd return to Gorilla City with supervision. Thus, they stopped using the telepathic crown on him.
