The Fish Net is a bar owned by Dinah Drake after she got mysteriously transported to the year 2040. She lives just above her bar.
History
At some time in the two months prior to Laurel Lance's arrival in the year 2040, Dinah set up the bar in a building with a clock tower and named it the Fish Net. She also set her house just above it, with the window looking out to the giant clock.[1]
