The Fixed Point Bar is a pub located in Sarajevo for time travelers to wait their turn in order to try and prevent World War I.
History[]
At some point, the Time Authority became the owner of the Fixed Point Bar. In order to try to prevent the assassination of Franz Ferdinand, one required a ticket. All the time travelers who tried to prevent World War I were stopped by Eobard Thawne.
Sara Lance was the first person to stop the "Fixed Point" by getting help from Eobard Thawne to change the time of the assassination of Franz Ferdinand.[1]
