Synopsis

Lois and Chrissy are on a mission to find Lois' sister Lucy and Jonathan and Jordan become more and more unsettled as Clark's painful visions continue. Meanwhile, Lana, Kyle and Sarah share a family breakfast and discuss Sarah's upcoming quinceanera. Lastly, Natalie and her father share a bonding moment.[src]

Trivia

• The episode's title refers to the method Ally Allston and her followers use in order to "discover what is missing in their lives and ascend".
• Mitch Anderson's group is officially called the Supermen of America in this episode when the group confronts the Superman look alike in Salar de Uyuni.
• Jonathan's manifestation of his telescopic vision on his way home from school is a possible reference to the DC Rebirth manifestation of Jon's powers where he attempts to save his pet cat, but in doing so, triggers his heat vision and kills both it and its attacker which was a hawk. Jonathan even claiming that the hawk was attacking him due to seeing it close up.
