The Ray suit is a protective suit worn by Ray Terrill in his rebellious exploits as the Ray.
Overview[]
The suit resembles a black leather motorcycle suit, with jacket pants and boots. It has gold piping on the shoulders and gold fasteners down the front of the jacket with black gloves and a gold belt. He also has a gold helmet that looks similar to the one Nate Heywood used to wear minus the fin, chin strap, and a more pointed nose piece.
History[]
During a conversation with John Trujillo, Ray unknowingly, activated his abilities and put on the suit.[1] Ray donned the suit when he began fighting for the Freedom Fighters as the Ray. He donned it again after returning from imprisonment in a camp, using it to fight off Red Tornado as a host of other Earth-1 heroes fought to open a temporal gateway.[2] He continued wearing it as they traveled to Earth-1, using it while fighting Nazis on the streets of Central City.[3]
Functions[]
- Identity concealment: Ray uses a gold helmet to conceal his identity and to keep his friends and family safe from harm.
