The Singularity (Earth-Prime)

The Singularity was an event on May 19, 2015.

History[]

An army of meta-humans was apparently created by the singularity and was led by Zoom. Together, they tried to take over Central City in 2016.^[1] Ronnie Raymond died when he and Professor Martin Stein became Firestorm and then separated in the eye of the singularity in order to close it. This apparently resulted in the creation of an evil cold fusion entity who'd later go on to pose as Ronnie in an effort to manipulate Team Flash for its own ends.^[2]

After Eddie Thawne was resurrected by the Negative Speed Force he gained the ability to open singularities, slightly similar to the former multiverse's breaches.
