An unnamed man, nicknamed The Weeper by Amunet Black, is a meta-human with ability to secrete a psycho-active drug through his tears.

Biography

Riding a bus on October 10, 2017, the man was exposed to dark matter particles resulting from Barry Allen's return from the Speed Force.[1]

Sometime over the next three weeks, the man was found and kidnapped by Amunet Black, who intended to sell his psycho-active tears for profit.

He was eventually saved by Iris West, Felicity Smoak, Cecille Horton, and Killer Frost, however, he told to leave him alone and he ran off.

Later, while walking the streets alone, he was found by DeVoe, who told him that he went through a lot of trouble to create him and that he couldn't die until he completed the task he was created for.[2]
