- Supergirl, The Flash, Green Arrow and Superman engage in the battle of their lives.
The makers of the Arrowverse confirmed that the NBC Constantine series is canon to the Arrowverse. The Constantine from that show is the same Constantine that we've seen on Arrow and Legends. In the same way, they confirmed that Earth-90 Barry Allen / The Flash is the same Barry Allen from the 90's CBS Flash show.
Ow, My brain hurts
Just consider the concept that maybe a number of DC comics Elseworlds has a chance to become more of a canon.
I wonder of Stephen Amell is considering leaving Arrow and the "deal" he made to spare Kara and Barry a means to give him an exit. 8 (assuming he leaves next year) seasons is a lot. I mean look at Andrew Lincoln in Walking Dead.
Seems so. Plus it isn't like they didn't do the Crisis imagery for Kara and Barry's death anyway. They had the scene with Superman holding Supergirl in the second episode of Season 2. With Barry, they had him creating a remnant that sacrificed himself to save the multiverse.
Regardless of what happens to Oliver, we can agree any exit from Arrowverse is open-ended. Look at Katie Cassidy for example and especially Tom Cavanagh. So they don't have to worry too much about making the plot fall in line with an open-ended exit like with Andrew Lincoln. They can simply kill off Oliver and replace him with another Earth's Oliver later on.
Here is the problem though Cloud. Unlike Laurel and the various expendable Harrison Wells's they can bring on, Oliver leaving is not just with his character. It is Stephen Amell having his contract ending.
I know. What I'm saying is Stephan Amell can take a break and decide to come back on later on, even if Earth-1 Oliver is killed off for Amell's break. Is that not what happened with Katie Cassidy? I thought she was only a special guest star during season 5 because she wanted to take a break.
Well no, it was because Guggenheim wanted to kill Laurel for the big grave reveal thing. Oliver is the case of Stephen Amell wanting to spend more time with his family and to be in other things.
