Tobin Bell

Template:Actor Joseph Henry Tobin, Jr. (born August 7, 1942), generally known as Tobin Bell, is an American film and television character actor. He provided the uncredited voice of Alchemy and Savitar in the third season of The Flash.

Bell also played John Kramer, also known as Jigsaw, from the Saw franchise.
