Thomas Patrick "Tom" Cavanagh (born October 26, 1963) is a Canadian actor. He portrays Eobard Thawne/Reverse-Flash and various iterations of Harrison Wells in The Flash, Supergirl, Arrow, DC's Legends of Tomorrow and Batwoman, and also Hannibal Bates as Eobard Thawne, Grodd as Harry Wells and Eobard Thawne and Iris West as H.R. Wells in The Flash.
He directed "The Once and Future Flash", "Elongated Journey Into Night" and "What's Past is Prologue" as well as the opening of "Elseworlds, Part 1". Additionally, the opening was used as the final scene in "Bunker Hill", "Unmasked" and "What's Past is Prologue".

- Cavanagh has played multiple versions of Dr. Harrison Wells: Eobard Thawne/Reverse-Flash (disguised as Harrison Wells) since Season 1, Harrison Wells of Earth-1 in Season 1, Harrison "Harry" Wells of Earth-2 since Season 2, Harrison "H.R." Wells of Earth-19 in Season 3, every member of the Council of Wells and the Council of Harrisons in Season 4, Harrison Sherloque Wells of Earth-221 in Season 5 and Harrison Nash Wells/Pariah from an unknown earth.
- Cavanagh also played Hannibal Bates/Everyman (disguised as Eobard Thawne) in "The Trap", Grodd (while he was controlling Earth-2 Wells) in "Attack on Gorilla City", and Iris West (disguised as Earth-19 Wells) in "Infantino Street" and "Finish Line".
