Tommy Merlyn was a vigilante known as the Dark Archer.
Biography
Early life
Like, his Earth-1 counterpart, Tommy was good friends with Oliver Queen and Laurel Lance. At some point, his father was married with Moira Queen, though it is unknown was it due to death of Tommy's mother.
In 2012, following Thea's overdose from Vertigo, Tommy vowed revenge at the Glades. Due to that Tommy became a criminal under the alias of the Dark Archer, presumably training under the League of Assassins, or Earth-2 version of that, since his suit resembles League's Earth-1 version.
