"Training Day" is the fifteenth episode of the seventh season of Arrow, and the one-hundred-fifty-third episode overall. It aired on March 11, 2019.

Synopsis

Team Arrow attempts to work with the Star City Police Department but much to Oliver's frustration, things don't go as planned. Meanwhile, Dinah gets some life-changing news.[1]
